The Evaluation Analysis And Countermeasures Research Of The Transformation Project On The Rural Power Grid

The influence of the rural power grid construction and transformation on enterprises is analyzed in the paper,which provides a basis for the power grid construction and transformation in the future.The project of rural power grid construction and transformation, which is conducted by Zhaoyuan Power Company,is analyzed and evaluated from five aspects -- the capability of the power grid,the economic effect,the financial result,the breakeven point and the target profit.In this paper,breakeven point analysis and target profit analysis are paid more attention,and sensitivity analysis is a supplementary.It is found that the rural power grid transformation generates good economic effects for Zhaoyuan Power Company.So measures should be taken further in order to make more profit for Zhaoyuan Power Company,such as optimizing the power consumption structure,strengthening management,reducing line losses and cutting down fixed costs.
