| Along with the reform and opening, China’s rural society and economy developsrapidly, the undertaking of electrification also has achieved great progress. However,peasants face with the defect of power supply, which cannot meet their demands of livingstandard and power standards. In view of the actual situation of China’s rural power grid,the state has invested hundreds of billions of funds for the project of rural power grids,and built a modern intelligent rural power system. This requires rational plan and design,effective use and management of funds for the rural power grid construction andreconstruction project to ensure the rural power grid be an intelligent power grid withbetter security, reliability, economy, efficiency and high-quality.The paper analyzes major development prospects of rural intelligent power grid inChina, discusses the basic concepts, characteristics, causes of development of ruralintelligent power grid. Furthermore, the author takes the Gaomi smart rural power projectin Shandong Province as an example, using theories of project management, to researchthe significances, contents and process of rural intelligent power grid. This article appliestwo project management theories, theory of constraints and networking plan, to designand construct the rural intelligent power grid, and the theoretical basis of rural intelligentpower grid’s plan and construction of Gaomi has been established. The core objects ofrural intelligent power grid has been analyzed, the bottleneck process has been made clearand the feasible planning process has been designed, with optimizing the schedule byschedule compression method, to achieve the program of Gaomi rural intelligent powergrid. This paper studies management program risks before start and during the processthrough the deep analysis of the demand of Gaomi rural intelligent power grid project.Based on project management theory and the planning scheme and technology conceptsof Gaomi rural intelligent power grid, the paper discusses the construction of ruralintelligent power grid of Gaomi, Shandong, and roughs out the specific stages andworking process.Finally, from the research we know that the Gaomi rural intelligent power grid projectreaches its goal, it could serve as a guide for other similar projects. The rural intelligentpower grid and project management will be blend together increasingly to get the common development, so as to promote the development of rural intelligent power grid inChina. |
