| This paper selects COSCO Group as subject of study to conduct the case analysis and research design.By means of detailedly introducing the fundamental condition of training management system of COSCO and analyzing the existing problems of COSCO,this article systematically brings forward the basic principles of establishing the training management system,the idea and design of its system construction and management process,which considering the relative theory and experience at home and abroad and combined with the practical situation of COSCO.Accordingly,this paper conducts research relate to how to implement them.All in all,the article is not only beneficial to put forward the reform of training system in COSCO,but also is theoretically instructive to the construction of training management system in other enterprises. |
