Research On Symbiosis Development Model Of Maritime Clusters

At the moment,the cluster has become one of the most important functional organization phenomena in the world economic and an essential mode of the advantageous industries of all countries.So the study of industry cluster has reached its climax in the world,with many foreign scholar researching economics and management has studied the industry cluster with different method from different views.As obvious industry cluster,maritime cluster caused a lot of scholars interested in the study. However,now the majority of the study on the development model of maritime clusters are in a qualitative description,without deeper mechanism study.This article attempts to make on this issue,trying to combine qualitative and quantitative methods to study the development model of maritime clusters.First this paper introduces the symbiosis theory and Life Cycle Theory.Secondly it gives definitions of the relevant concepts of maritime cluster and analyzes the basic types and constructs the maritime cluster system.Finally,based on the symbiosis theory and Life Cycle Theory,the paper studies the symbiosis development model.Particularly, it constructs the symbiosis system with the symbiosis theory,analysis the life cycle of the maritime cluster with the Life Cycle Theory,and studies the symbiosis development models of maritime clusters with the symbiosis theory.It studies the balanced condition of the symbiosis and the development model based on intergrowth organization and action model and life cycle theory.Based on the theoretical study,this paper analyzes the status of Dalian maritime cluster.It carries out a positive research into the Dalian maritime cluster by means of a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to demonstrate the existence and symbiotic formation mechanism of the maritime clusters and its development stage. Finally the paper suggests some plans to develop the shipping industry in Dalian based on the industry cluster theory.Based on the symbiosis theory and Life Cycle Theory,this paper inquiries into the structures,characteristics and types of the shipping industry systematically and entirely,and studies the core problems such as the formation mechanism,the development mode and evolution.It carries out a positive research into the maritime cluster and puts forward suggestions about relevant policies.The research of this paper has theoretical and realistic significance in enriching China's theoretical system of industry cluster,extending the research fields and promoting the development of the shipping industry.
