Study On Track Cargo Distribution Centre Management Plan Of A Port

With the development of container throughput in port,it appears some problems in distribution of container,including higher rate of empty driving in port,information of track and cargo asymmetry,higher cost of logistics,credit system lag,higher management risk of companies,and so on.All the above problems are not propitious to establish harmonious port.In order to solve the problems,consummate the service functions of port further,and conformity source,port establish the track distribution centre.In this paper,it analyses the actuality of track distribution in port,and then put forward the management scheme,including operational model,operation and operation flow,structure setting,then plans the information system,at last,studies benefit,and brings forward some advices and measures.
