With the rapid development of the China economy,the status of logistics industry in the national economy and social life is increasing.The enterprises are seeing the importance of it as the third source of profits in their development.The study on logistics service quality can enrich the theoretical study of management science and contribute to the logistics companies for effectively meet customers' needs and enhance their quality of services to help logistics enterprises to get market competitive advantages.Nowadays,in China,people are getting awareness of the service quality of the logistics industry, but the research of this area is still few.The research of service quality evaluation system of logistics industry is also very rare.In this paper,I read through the documents and get an overview of the study in service quality.I set up logistics service quality evaluation index system on the base of the analysisOf elements of the quality evaluation system,combined with the logistics needs of customers. Also,I used a questionnaire for data collection and used the SPSS13.0 software to analyze the data,and then to do the factor analysis,reliability analysis and validity analysis.And then,I draw the conclusion that the quality of logistics service is composed of the core service quality, facilitate of the quality service and support quality of service.Finally,I give several services to enhance the quality of the logistic industry.In this paper,I see the customer's demand as the core of the logistics service quality evaluation system.The evaluation system will not only focus on the identification of customer needs,but also focus on providing services and the realization of services.The paper seeks to solve the practical problems in logistics industry.
