Analysis Of Product Recovery Strategy Based On Remanufacturing

With the rapid development of China's economy,the shortage of resources,environmental pollution and a series of problems are aggravating,how to achieve economic,resource and environment win-win problem is a burning issue that should be solved.Under this background,closed-loop supply chain has been put forward and taken seriously gradually,and the supply chain management of enterprise has been extended from single forward supply chain to closed-loop supply chain.And remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain system has a positive effect on the above problems.Based on the analysis of the relevant literature,this paper considers quality uncertainty and market demand uncertainty will affect the product recovery and remanufacturing,therefore it puts forward and analyzes six kinds of product recovery strategy based on remanufacturing,not only can effectively solve the recycling and processing problems of current complex remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain system,but also can make the research more consistent with the actual recovery situation of enterprise.First of all,this paper analyzes the status of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain field,by taking both consideration of its characteristics and quality,market demand uncertainty,it can further optimize the whole closed-loop supply chain system,meanwhile it also has more practical significance.Then,based on the influence of quality and market demand uncertainty on product recovery remanufacturing,this paper constructs six kinds of profit function model under two recovery methods of pure recovery and old-for-new,meanwhile quality and market demand both obey normal distribution,and further introduces examples to carry out quantitative solution.Finally,through the sensitivity analysis,this paper analyzes the influence of relevant parameters on decision variables in detail,which provides a theoretical basis for decision-making of the model,and affords strong reference and guidance for remanufacturing enterprise to organize product recovery and remanufacturing,control and increase profit of closed-loop supply chain.
