The main content of this dissertation is to apply Quality Driven Management(QDM)theory for the improvement of “CAN-NRT” load factor.To find out the root cause and provide the corresponding solutions through four phases of QDM theory,ACCESS,BUILD,LAUNCH,EVALUATE.The author takes deep research on Quality Driven Management of Fed Ex Asia Pacific Hub(CANH Hub)using five chapters to cover this topic.Chapter One will be an overview which briefs the background,the significance,the contents and the methods.Chapter Two is to present the theory of QDM,and most focus on how QDM applies to load factor.Chapter Three is to analyze the current situation of load factor in Fed Ex CANH Hub.Chapter Four is to come up with improvement solution of load factor basing on QDM.Chapter Five is the summary and future prospect.
