The corporate social responsibility(CSR) refers to an enterprise during the creation of profit to shareholder's benefit responsible,needs to undertake responsibilities of counterparts' and so on staff,consumer,community and environment.Corporate social responsibility theory is a focus on the study of modem enterprise,to any enterprise,the commitment to social responsibility and strive to benefit society are its obligations;in terms of social,enterprises as an important component of the social development,corporate social responsibility is the inevitable choice to the common development of enterprises and the society.In today's relationship era,also a net era,an enterprise must undertake the CSR positively,build and maintain the harmonious relationship.This will be the key point to all enterprises which want to maintain the core competitiveness in the long run and have a sustained development.In this article,throng the review and reconsideration of the domestic and foreign theory and practice of CSR,and throng on-the-spot investigation and empirical analysis,we have deeply researched the present situation and questions of modem commercial banks' CSR.And then based on the stakeholder theory,we use Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method to research the CSR that our country's regional commercial bank should undertake.In this article, also construct a regional commercial bank's CSR evaluating indicator system,and appraise the target use AHP,to improve the scientific nature,the comparability and the maneuverability of social responsibility.Finally,from using the system of this paper,this paper proposed a case analysis to use and examine our evaluating indicator system.
