The resources that are necesary to the existence and development of a society include material resources,information resources and human resources.Human resources are dominant among these resources,because human is the mainstay of social history and is the creators of material and spirit wealth of society.Human resources are the most activite and most valuable.The competition among morden enterprises and countries is mainly about human competition.To use human resources effectively,it is necessary to strengthen the management,and thus the management of human resources becomes a very important part of modern management.The traditional human resource management model of "economic man" is becoming unsuited to the reality of modern human resource management.Human resources whose core is Knowledge and skills are the key resources for enterprises to deal with complex and varied market environment and to obtain advantages of sustainable development in the age of knowledge economy.They are the cornerstone to construct enterprises' core competitiveness. How to promote the value of human resources is a problem that needs to be solved in modern human resources management.The main topics of modern management are the returning of the humanistic spirit and propagating morality.The general trend of modern human resources management is combining ethic with management.Ethic shows the concept of values and standard of behavior that reflects and adjusts people's interest relations and it is the uniting of values and instrument.Ethic is closely linked with the management and they penetrate each other.As the most important resource human resources determine the success or failure of the organization. It is necessary and possible to put ethics into human resources management.Ethics is an important factor and mental strength of human resources,which is the spirit power of human resources.It is not enough for workers to possess healthy bodies and brain function.They must also have lofty ideals and goals,higher moral pursuit and principles, initiative and good moral qualities.Only in such a moral force,people's intellectual,physical and full potentiality can be fully mobilized to received the best work efficiency and achieve the best form in which human resources exist.Otherwise,people with good intellection and sinew but in the absence of ideal and morality and pursuiting only material enjoyment and their own interests will go alone the wrong road and waste human resources,which could only bring negative role to socialist market economy.Only by paying much attention and playing the role of ethics in human resources management we can make full use of human resources to create greater material value and economic benefits.At the same time,applying the ethics science to human resources management meets people's inner moral needs and satisfies people's thirsting for spiritual food.Modern human resources management should not only to comply with ethical requirements,but also play a role in the management of ethics. Thus we can unit the science and rationality of the human resources management.At present,China's human resources management make some success,but still there are a lot of drawbacks and deficiencies.There is still blind spot when ethic is put into the reality of human resource management.The paper analyses the current situation and causes of China's human resources management from the perspective of ethic and guide their theory and practice through ethical means.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part is the preface.This part focuses on theoretical and practical research significance of China's human resource management from the perspective of ethics.It also tells about domestic and international research on this question and the clue and methods of this paper.At last it points out the important and difficult part.The second part mainly explains some basic concepts concerned in the paper and introduces some basic theories.Ethical thought resources and ethical principles of human resources management make prepare for the later research of the paper.The third part analyses the situation of contemporary Chinese Human Resource Management whose development is positive.It also sums up the development stages of contemporary Chinese human resource management and lists some development;it makes a modest analysis and summary to their ethical defects.The fourth part focuses on the reasons of the ethical defects in contemporary.They include maladies left by traditional personnel management and existing in the contemporary human resource management and lack of binding and guidance of the external environment. The analysis makes preparation for solving the problems.The fifth part provides some measures to improve ethical level of contemporary human resources management in china.This section is divided into two aspects:it offers excellent Chinese and Western ethical thoughts about personnel management;on the other hand,it offers practical theories for the contemporary Chinese human resource management to make use of the importance of ethical thoughts in human resource management.This is the core of the paper.
