Project manager plays an important role in the process in the whole construction of the project,in a core position,how to effectively the project manager's compensation incentive is very important,but the project manager's compensation incentive is still existing some problems currently,affects the construction enterprise and project manager to the interests of all parties and the decision-making behavior may take.In this study,the optimal contract theory and principal-agent theory managers power theory as the theoretical basis,firstly on construction project manager compensation incentive problems and influencing factors are studied,and then adopts the method of game analysis of construction enterprise project manager compensation incentive the dominant compensation(e.g.,monetary compensation),implicit compensation(such as on-the-job consumption)combination of incentives and compensation incentive system research,based on the construction of our country engineering project manager compensation incentive mechanism design;Finally,the selection of Anhui LQ construction enterprise as an example,on the basis of full investigation and analysis of the company in the project manager compensation incentive problems,and put forward to the optimization solution of compensation incentive for the project manager.Based on the construction project manager compensation system,the study found that the problem based on the theory of optimal contract under the perspective of project manager's compensation incentive is mainly exist unreasonable compensation incentive structure arrangement,heavy short-term incentive compensation incentive light risk constraints,heavy light long-term incentive,with material incentive to give priority to spiritual problems such as insufficient,behind the influencing factors include the target cost of the project,construction cycle,the risk mortgage,project manager's personal characteristics.Based on the theory of management power under the perspective of the project manager compensation incentive exists major project manager compensation incentive weight of dominant recessive compensation incentive is light,performance appraisal system is not sound,and is lack of supervision of engineering project management,its influence factors are behind the normal on-the-job consumption,performance appraisal system,and the process of the project management system,further analysis found that,the influence mechanism behind it lies in the control of the project manager and self-interest.Advices from the optimal contract theory and the theory of management power two Angle carries on the compensation incentive mechanism design,in the field of optimal contract theory,suggested that the construction enterprises improve the structure of compensation incentive and incentive intensity and improve the evaluation index system of performance appraisal,strengthen the risk and prevention,strengthen the spiritual incentive and long-term incentive.In the field of management power theory,it is suggested that to strengthen the management of construction enterprises to strengthen on-the-job consumption,establish credit files,strengthen of project manager system,strengthen supervision and auditing of the management information system and information disclosure.
