Knowledge Alliance Synergy Innovation Mechanism And Empirical Research Based On The Grounded Theory

With the development of science and technology, products’ technology becomes more and more complicated. Due to restricted by innovative resources and innovative ability enterprises independent innovation pattern is difficult to achieve significant technological innovation breakthrough. In the highly uncertain market environment, in order to rapidly promote learning and innovation ability in the fierce market competition, more and more enterprises begin to explore knowledge alliance as the organization form of synergy innovation model. The relationship between knowledge alliance synergy innovation mechanism and its components are discussed in this paper, aims to further understand the mechanism of knowledge alliance synergy innovation operation, so that it can promote the development of synergy innovation, knowledge alliance to promote knowledge sharing and transfer, and realize the alliance synergy innovation effect, promote knowledge alliance synergy innovation performance.In this paper, on the basis of the literature and theory, firstly, this paper collects related data through case information and issuing of open questionnaire, analysising by the grounded theory, obtained 92 concepts and 29 categories by open coding, then through the axial coding identified four main categories, then according to selective coding draw a core category that can lead the four main categories, eventually get knowledge alliance synergy innovation mechanism is composed by four mechanisms:knowledge alliance synergy innovation dynamic mechanism, knowledge alliance synergy innovation operation mechanism, knowledge alliance synergy innovation diffusion mechanism, knowledge alliance synergy innovation safeguard mechanism. Secondly, with empirical study inspection and perfection of knowledge alliance synergy innovation mechanism, based on the grounded theory of knowledge alliance synergy innovation mechanism, through the questionnaire design, data analysis by using the SPSS20.0 verified the importance of factors in synergy innovation mechanism, and perfecting the relationship between the components in the four mechanism system, constructs the knowledge alliance synergy innovation four statures system model and the model of knowledge alliance synergy innovation mechanism. Lastly, combination with the grounded theory analysis and empirical analysis of the results and the actual situation, from the main body’s point of view participating in knowledge alliance synergy knowledge innovation, putting forward the subject how to improve knowledge alliance cooperative innovation performance of countermeasures and Suggestions, for the enterprise to carry on the knowledge alliance synergy innovation provides theory basis and practice guidance.Research of this paper enriches the knowledge alliance theory and synergy innovation theory, and in the research process fully integrated into the empirical research, to ensure the practical operability of knowledge alliance synergy innovation mechanism. This study constructs the knowledge alliance synergy innovation mechanism and build the corresponding four statures system model to ensure its effective implementation in the enterprise, through the operations of the mechanism, to enhance enterprise staffs information sharing, reduce the resistance of enterprise synergy innovation, speed up the process of synergy innovation, promote enterprise’s competitive advantage in the fierce market competition.
