The Study On Management Of Green Supplier Chain For Papermaking Corportation

After development of over 20 years,Chinese papermakeing coroperations has developed rapidly and now China has been the 2^nd productive and consumptive country in the world.How to save energy and reduce pollution has been the key question to all the human being.The papermaking enterprises are the big butts of resources consumption and also the large family of environment pollution,and their old operation mode,which means "high input,high consumption,high pollution",should be changed.They should advanced Green Supply Chain management technology to blend the sustainable development concept into company' s business philosophy,to reduce product costs and enhance resource utilization efficiency,to produce not only various diversification but also environmentally friendly high quality papermaking products,and then balance the economic efficiency of papermaking enterprises and social benefits.This dissertation takes GSCM as the research subject and their GSCM strategies in china as the research category.The research methods include colligation analysis,comparative analysis,systematical conclusion and qualitative research.The research objective is by analyzing and concluding the basic contents and common characteristics of GSCM of papermaking coorporations in order to engender some experiences and countermeasures for Chinese papermaking corperations.Chinese papermaking coroperations should consider how to construct "friendly enviroment" and "saving resource" corporations by taking current prosperous developing policy and environment protection regulations,which impose elicitation and reference meaning to Chinese papermaking corporations.By a case study of the GSCM of UPM in China,it also shows that the most important thing of an enterprise is to nicely orient its GSCM type,so as to seek the keystone of its GSCM with pertinence,then carry GSCM into execution step by step.
