Study On The Supply Of Rural Public Goods In China

China is a big developing agricultural country, these years due to the lack of effective supply of rural public goods, a series of problems ralated have given a rise , which greatly hampered the economic and social advancement in rural area. In accordance with the basic principles of public finance ,establishing the perfect supply system of rural public goods and strengthening the government input into rural public products are means in narrowing down the gap between urban and rural areas ,and unifying the macro-management of urban and rural economy and social development.The author works on the classic theory of public goods, generalizes and absorbs research outcome of scholars domestic and overseas, based on the research background of the policy about gradually abolishing agricultural taxes and the status of the supply of rural public goods,and makes a study on the supply of rural public goods in China.The article has employed methods of theoretical analysis ,case study, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis through which the author works over the history,present situation ,prominent conflict, the current reform and the future policy plan. The paper uses a comparative study to analyze the underlying causes of the issues of the supply of rural public goods now, and to explore measures to solve the issue.
