After the outbreak of financial crisis, the impact of textile enterprises are bearing the brunt of this time. In this environment,what the enterprises need to do is not blindly improve the output of raw silk, but how to improve their core competitiveness.Therefore, the best raw silk quality and reasonable production strategy is an effective way of the continuous and stable development of enterprises.Using defibrase perceptron perceptual model for theory prototype,using production condition of filature for bounding,using the multivariate statistical of statistics and the linear programming of operations research for analysis,the research topic is from this reality to discuss some methods of raw silk production and quality management. Firstly, introducing the fixed sensor fiber friction formula and proving it, and then turning it into the expression of denier raw silk, a new way to extract the various parameters impacting the raw silk size.Secondly, as a result of single-factor orthogonal experimental conditions is to be determined,and the objectivity of condition makes enterprises sometimes not able to adjust process.Thus, according to the impact of a variety of raw silk size parameters, the program sets a combination of technology, the use of multivariate statistical analysis of principal component analysis and cluster analysis of the optimal portfolio process for process plant design and selection of reference.Finally,the enterprises is not enough to improve the quality ,production management strategies is also very important. Therefore, for the silk reeling process constraints, the simplex tableau of the linear programming method, the optimum production mix and to maximize profits, and discussed the changes in the optimal portfolio. In addition, introduced the subject by the use of software-assisted analysis of MFPS and SPSS, to improve the efficiency, production and quality of analysis provided a reference.
