Research On The Problems Of The Rural Human Capital Investment In China

The human capital plays an important role in developing countries' economic growth which has lots of evidence.Being a big country of traditional agriculture,has rich labor resources,but investment in human capital accumulation is not a fundamental long-term improve,how to put these inefficient labor resources into a highly efficient human capital,and make it our country's future economic important driving force for growth,will be a useful topic.This text regards capital investment of rural manpower as the breakthrough point, apply the capital theory of manpower to the capital investment of rural manpower while researching and analyzing,analyze through theory analysis and real example,have proved the rural manpower capital investment and dependence of the rural economic growth concretely,analyze the relationship between education and rural economic growth,study the current situation,question and reason of capital investment of rural manpower of our country more systematically.With Foreign experience for reference,the thesis discusses how to solve the problem of the rural capital investment form the perspective of the rural education system and the rural manpower capital investment system.
