Under The Angle Of Urban Water Resources Environment Researching Dalian Industrial Structure

Content: For the past many years, in the city of Dalian, in the process of rapidly urbanization expandation and promotion of the Northeast old Industrial base ,as the high gathering of urban economy activity, which urges the massive materials and energy circulating and flowwing in the city eco-system.The damage of urban water landscape is becoming serious day by day, and all this brings huge pressure to Dalian water environment.At present, water shortage and water pollution and other environmental problems of water has affected the urban economic development of Dalian in a certain extent. The resrarching of the mutual restriction relations between water environment and Dalian city industry as well as the concrete way and regulative method of the coordinated development between the two constraints, which is the important content of theoretical research of Dalian sustainable development and the construction of"Large Dalian", which is also the powerful guarantee of the constructions of Dalian sustainable circulatly developing society.In the paper, author has analyzed the present situation of Dalian water environment, and has analyzed the deterioration reason of Dalian water environment.Through using the structure deviation analyzed the correlational relationship between Dalian industry structure and Dalian water resources. Under the guidance of scientific development concept, author proposed the suggestion that through the adjustment of industry department structure and industry spatial structure of Dalian to improve Dalian water environment. Positively advanced the accord development and communal development of Dalian industrial structure and Dalian water environment.
