| The concentration and distribution of human economic activity in a region can be found with some regularity. There are some kinds of order in the interaction of economic activities and all the activities exist in different spatial position have some close organic contact. This phenomenon is known as spatial structure in academia. The industrial layout is an important aspect in the study of economic development and spatial structure. Industrial layout is based on industry as the research object and the spatial distribution is the main scope of the study. Economic development is not only associated with changes in the industrial structure, also associated with the evolution of the spatial structure. From this perspective, the process of economic development of a country or region can also be understood as the formation and evolution of the spatial structure. In addition, regional economic activity is a complex system and industry is an important part of the economic activity. Industrial layout changes with times and regional conditions and it is also associated with different geographic space.In this paper, combination of theoretical analysis and case analysis is an important research method. The concept of "dual-core space structure city" was put forward and used to researched Chengdu’s urban spatial structure and industrial layout. The author tried to put forward some suggestions for the development strategy of Chengdu with this theory. In theoretical research, this article reviewed the literature of urban spatial structure and the dual-core theory and put forward the concept of "dual-core space structure city". The theory proposed to provide a new perspective for the development of single center city. In addition, this article also reviewed the relevant literature of’the industrial layout and provided a theoretical basis and the research methods for this research. In the case studies, this article chosen Chengdu as an example. this article analyzed Chengdu’s urban spatial structure and pointed out some problems in the development of a single center circle structure in Chengdu. This theory and case studies provide a new planning direction for the development of a single center city.The establishment of dual-core space structure city is divided into three stages: Mononuclear driven, Dual-core coexistence and Dual-core flourish. In the primary stage, there is mononuclear to promote the development of the city and it is a balanced development stage. There will emerge various problems when the city development to a stage and the city will enter the second stage. At this stage, the second pole core emerges in the city and changes the spatial structure of the single center. The city has also entered the uneven development and how to plan the dual-core urban functions will become the main problem at this stage. In an advanced stage, dual-core development has been developed and the New District has developed into a "Metro" equivalent to the old town. In this stage, the New Town and the Old Town has became the core of the city and drive the development of the city as a whole.In addition, the paper argues that the formation mechanism of "dual-core space structure city" include self-organization mechanism, government regulation mechanisms, industry driven mechanism and transportation support mechanism. Self-organization mechanism is a self-diagnosis, self-improvement, and automatically adjusts behavior. Government regulation mechanism is an external, non-self-regulation mechanism behavior and it is a supplement on the market mechanism. Industry driven mechanism is to promote the industrial layout adjustment and optimization of industrial structure to promote urban structure optimization. Transportation support mechanism is a bridge and a supporting role.In this paper, the principle of "four combinations" is the key of industrial layout adjustment. This paper analyzes the industrial layout of Chengdu under the premise of "four combinations". First, this part analyzed the industrial layout adjustment of Chengdu "dual-core" and "peripheral". Second, this part also analyzed the industrial layout adjustment about the second industry, such as new materials, electronic information industry, biological medicine, new energy, as well as the automotive industry layout adjustments. Third, this part also analyzed the industrial layout adjustment about service industry of Chengdu, such as tourism, logistics, financial industry, commerce and trade, as well as the software and information services industry adjusted analysis. The end of the article proposed population transfer, transportation optimization, the industrial access restrictions as well as land intensive use policy and these are in order to promote the new industrial pattern formation.The research content of this paper is divided into seven chapters. Chapter I is introduction. This chapter elaborated the research background and significance of the article, detailed the content and ideas of article combined with the framework of Figure and analyzed the innovation and insufficient of this paper. Chapter II is literature review. This chapter reviewed the literature of spatial structure and dual-core structure, proposed the concept of "dual-core space structure city". This chapter also reviewed the literature of industrial layout and this provided the research methods and research ideas. Chapter III is the theoretical study of "dual-core space structure city". This chapter analyzed the connotation, characteristics, formation mechanism, stage of development, and condition of the "dual-core space structure city". Chapter IV, is the evolution of development of Chengdu space structure. This chapter analyzed the evolution of the spatial structure of Chengdu, pointed out that the current situation and problems and analyzed the influence of Tianfu New Area to the spatial structure of Chengdu. Chapter V is the evolution of Chengdu industrial layout. This chapter analyzed the evolution, current situation and problems of industrial layout of Chengdu and pointed out that these problems are attributed to the Chengdu circle spatial structure. Chapter VI is the industrial layout in Chengdu dual-core space structure formation. This part analyzed the industrial layout adjustment of Chengdu "dual-core" and "peripheral", analyzed the industrial layout adjustment about the second industry and service industry of Chengdu. Chapter VII is the policies and measures in the new industrial pattern formation of Chengdu. This part proposed population transfer, transportation optimization, the industrial access restrictions as well as land intensive use policy and these are in order to promote the new industrial pattern formation. |
