Analyzing High-Level Tourism Education From Humanistic Perspective

Moreover, the human being focused scientific thinking on development has already become the fundamental principle of the modern education and the core value of education is just for cultivating the comprehensive talent. Humanistic psychology is just a kind of education ideology of advocating value emphasized, student leading, as well as individuality and creativity cultivating.The paper used literature research logical analytic method and so on .began from humanism education's connotation, to elaborate its main idea, through to the present our country's higher tourism education improvement's feasibility analysis, proposed humanism education philosophy to the request of higher tourism education. Thus under this angle of view, proposed the higher tourism education optimized the countermeasure, provided some references to the current higher tourism education.In the thesis, the author generalized that the object of education is individual and the aim of education is individual cultivation. Hereby, focused on individual and the education object should be the core of education. The nature of tour is to seek for a kind of pleasant experience inside. But for the tourism major, it's more important to emphasize the personality and creativity of the student.
