| In recent years,smart tourism has been gradually developing in China.As an excellent tourist city,Dalian is also a leading tourist city in the development of smart tourism.Smart tourism has enhanced the intelligence and convenience of tourism,and has also brought new opportunities for the development of tourism education.Tourism can not only reap the beauty and unique experience of the journey,but also harvest the useful knowledge outside the book,cultivate moral sentiment and arouse the environmental awareness,so as to obtain tourism education.In the background of intelligent tourism,we should make full use of advanced intelligent means to give full play to the role of the tourism social education,let the various departments of the tourism chain cooperate sincerely and work together to improve the overall quality of the tourists.This article,taking the background of Intelligent Tourism as the breakthrough point,carries out a preliminary empirical investigation and Analysis on the present situation of Dalian's tourism social education,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in view of the problems arising from the investigation of Dalian's tourism social education,in order to arouse the attention of all departments of Dalian tourism industry to the social education of tourism,and hope to be able to develop the tourism social education and Dalian tourism in Dalian.The development is helpful.This article mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method to carry on the empirical analysis to the tourism social education situation in Dalian under the background of intelligent tourism.The questionnaire mainly analyzes three aspects.The first is to analyze the attitude of the tourists to the emerging wisdom tourism and the willingness to accept the tourism education with the help of wisdom tourism.Secondly,it mainly analyzes the attitude of tourists to the social education of tourism,mainly including the cognition of tourists to the social education of tourism and the needs of tourists to the social education of tourism.Finally,it analyzes the current situation of tourism social education in Dalian from three perspectives:tourism practitioners,tourist attractions and tourism management departments.The result of the analysis shows that the tourists' attitude to the tourism education is positive,but the awareness of the tourist's social education remains to be strengthened,and the quality of the tourists is general.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out the tourism social education.In addition,the survey shows that tourism practitioners lack the awareness of tourism social education,and their professional quality and professionalism need to be improved.Under the background of intelligent tourism,the tourist attractions in Dalian have not paid much attention to the social education of tourism.The role of the tourism management department is not in place,and the function of the tourism social education is insufficient.The tourism social education can not be separated from the cooperation of tourism practitioners,tourist attractions and tourism management departments.Tourism practitioners should constantly improve their professional quality and the awareness of tourism social education,make demonstrations and models for tourists and guide and educate tourists.Tourist attractions should grasp the convenience of intelligent tourism,develop the social education function of Intelligent Tourism in scenic spots,and do a good job in the tourism society.The propaganda work of education should make full use of the role of tourism publicity platform to improve the system of intelligent explanation of scenic spots;tourism management departments should strengthen the publicity and popularization of tourism social education,and build an efficient and high-quality intellectual publicity platform.We should focus on interaction with tourists,adopt effective suggestions and absorb important feedback from tourists,and play an authoritative role in management and coordination. |
