In China's modernization process, address the"three agriculture"issues is the most severe, the most arduous task.Building a new socialist countryside is the major initiatives to solve the fundamental problem . At present, the building of new socialist rural areas is booming,that is the key of China's social development in "Eleventh Five-Year" period .Agricultural tourism development offers an effective way to solve the "Three Rural Issues"for the new building.Agri-tourism can broaden the channels for farmers and increase their employment opportunities and income, allow the village to improve the village landscape and enhance the level of civilization, such as in rural areas play an important role.Through the development of agricultural tourism, the resources of rural areas are reasonable developed and utilized, the rural ecological environment and living conditions are improved, updates the concept of farmers and income, and the adjustment of industrial structure of agriculture ,that has been to promote the modernization of rural development and narrow the gap between the urban and rural areas.Therefore, that is an urgent need to study the important issue to explore how to play the leading role of agriculture and tourism, and promote a new socialist countryside construction, make the integration of agricultural tourism development and new socialist countryside construction come true.
