General contracting system keeps the construction of the project in a whole process, and cancels the link of management.It will help optimize the allocation of resources, control the cost of the project,increase the level of bidding,improve the ability of performance,guarantee the quality and time limit,and promote the modernization of management.The management of general contracting is more standard.The quality, investment,progress,and the control of safety are Centralized and unified.General contracting is helpful to implement the supervision system.But it is still immature in our country.So we need to make a further analysis on the build and management of the general contracting contract.This thesis makes a summary about the general contracting pattern and the advantages and disadvantages of the general contracting.Then it makes a deep analysis. of the general contracting contract's merits and demerits and the developmental trend of it.Consequently,it gets the ideas and methods of how to build the general contracting enterprises.Besides,in order to achieve the goal of the project,the general contracting enterprises must reinforce the construction and management of the contract,which is an important part of the project management,and should run into the whole process of the project management.Combined with the actual project,this thesis makes a study of the build of the general contracting contract,the responsibilities and obligations of the both sides,the cost,the limit for the project,the price relationship between the two parties of the contract,the crisis of it,and so on.From it,we got the measures that should be taken in the process of implement of the contract,and provide the experience for the general contracting enterprices in the process of management.
