Research On The Influencing Factors Of Project Cost Of A Residential District In Chengdu City Based On ANP

The industry has been the pillar industry of our national economy, the construction enterprise will constantly improve the construction project management, which plays an important role in engineering cost management. And the characteristics of the construction project of complex and diverse factors that lead to the cost effect of complex, the construction units to carry out cost management brought no small trouble, so experts and scholars began to study influence factors of the construction project cost. So far, although there are a lot of factors for the cost of the project, these studies are almost in the analysis of influencing factors on certain aspects of the construction cost, or impact on the whole project cost factor analysis is not comprehensive, basic the lack of integrity. Therefore, China’s construction industry should improve the research in this area.The ANP (analytic network process) research status at home and abroad, research on the influencing factor of construction project cost at home and abroad were analyzed, found that ANP factors in China’s construction project cost analysis and research efforts is not enough, therefore, according to the residential project in Chengdu. Introduces the general situation of the project, composition and influence factors of project cost, and the introduction of analytic network process (ANP),division of the level of the influence factors, by determining the relationship between the various influencing factors, the completion of the project cost project case analysis of ANP structure model, and constructs the model based on the influencing factors of ANP, based on expert the factors of scoring, the judgment matrix calculated the weight of each factor. According to the above data, the cost of the project is put forward based on the research results, finally make a summary and outlook.The cost factors analysis of case project is different in the composition of project cost determined with traditional project fees division, with its influencing factors as the foothold,to ensure that the project cost structure and its influence factors of consistency to the engineering cost management in the afterwards management into the purpose of management in advance, eventually to many architectural engineering project, project manager and construction companies to provide the guiding role of cost management.
