Shanghai General Chamber of Commerce is the first group of Chinese businessmen.It was called "the first Chamber of Commerce" in China.For the 20th century,China's political, economic,and community had a tremendous impact since it was set up.Such as safeguarding national dignity,defending national sovereignty,and promoting national industrial and commercial growth and so on.It was show the great bourgeois political forces to all Chinese because of the leadership in the campaign to boycott U.S.goods.From then on,it became the major groups impacting on the political life of the Qing government.And it became the focus of attention because it had been personally involved in a petition to convene the National Assembly once again.Shanghai General Chamber of Commerce saw a hope in despair after Petitions by the Qing government ruthlessly repressive.Under the influence of the bourgeois revolution in the revolutionary situation,some members have joined the United League and join the revolution.After the outbreak of the Revolution of 1911,Shanghai General Chamber of Commerce has fought for the recovery of the Shanghai through its control of the armed mission,which contributed to a national upsurge in the arrival of the revolution,and had left a glorious page in history.However,due to the limitations of age and class,Shanghai General Chamber of Commerce have stood by Yuan Shi Kai determinedly in putting a chamber of commerce together but fighting with in opposing Yuan after Revolution victory It became an enemy of the revolutionary party members, so it has been cast aside by the people throughout the country. In this paper,I studied based on the results of previous and analyzed of large amounts of data,phase to examine the Shanghai General Chamber of Commerce,and analyzed the reasons of its political attitudes from supporting constitutionalism to participating in revolution to opposing revolution,In this way, we could have a fair and objective discussion about Shanghai General Chamber of Commerce in the hope of getting a deeper research..This article will take a discussion from four aspects.In the introduction,the article explain this topic research the theory and practical significance,an introduction of research present situation regarding it,and the narration this article place and deficiency innovation.The first chapter discusses the Shanghai General Chamber of Commerce in front of the Revolution of 1911.From Male Shanghai commerce institute of convention to Shanghai chamber of commerce to Shanghai General Chamber of Commerce,it has witnessed of the process of the evolution and shows the growing power of the bourgeoisie.The Shanghai Business Association enjoys the constitutional movement in the late Qing Dynasty with growing strength,which affects the political life of the Qing government.The second chapter discusses Shanghai General Chamber of Commerce during the Revolution.Its members take practical action to progress into the ranks of the revolution, participate in the recovery battle of Shanghai.After the success of the revolution,it provides financial,human and material resources to the military government in different ways. Which relieve the sleepy financial situation of the military government of shanghai.The third chapter discusses the behaviour of the Shanghai general chamber of commerce in "the second revolution".It departed the Revolution.From making concessions the early years of the Republic to supporting the aftermath of large borrowers to openly opposing "the second revolution",it has gradually got onto the road in supporting of Yuan Shikai. The forth chapter discusses the reasons for a change in attitudes of the Shanghai general chamber of commerce before the 1911 Revolution and after it.The conclusion part of the full text is a summary.
