The Research On Coordinated Development Of Regional Independent Innovation And Regional Economy In Hunan

With the development of knowledge-based economy,the relationship between technology and economy is far closer than ever,and scientific advancement especially independent innovation has become an inevitable choice of facing fierce competition and promoting the regional competitiveness.On the one hand,regional independent innovation system pushes the development of regional economy,on the other hand, regional economic development plays an important part in the regional independent innovation system.So the research on coordinated development of regional independent innovation and regional economy is important to improve the level of economy and to achieve great leap development for Hunan province.At first,this article introduces the research background,meaning and the domestic and international relevant research.Then it analyses the mutual effect mechanism of coordinated development between regional independent innovation and regional economy based on the connotation and theory of them.Secondly,the article introduces the basic status of regional independent innovation and regional economy in Hunan,and establishes an evaluation index system of coordinated development and a mathematical model.Finally,the article calculates the development index and coordinated development degree based on the data of Hunan in 2003-2007.Variation coefficient method was used to determine the weight of each index.The conclusion of this part is that the coordinated development degree between regional independent innovation and regional economy is getting better every year.The development of regional independent innovation is faster than that of regional economy in 2003-2004 and it is opposite in 2005-2007.On this basis,some issues are pointed out largely including three aspects:interaction mechanism of innovation actors is not complete yet,innovation investment is lower obviously,innovation environment should be further improved and so on.Finally,the article brings forward some countermeasures on these problems,including the coordinated development of independent innovation actors and regional economy,the coordinated development of independent innovation capacity and regional economy,and the coordinated development of independent innovation environment and regional economy.
