The Research On The Development Strategy Of Guangdong Eternalway Co.

This thesis takes the development strategy of"ETW"as the object of our research. According to the logic clue, we point out the puzzledom of"ETW"at first. Then, we analyze the puzzledom of"ETW"in strategic level. Ultimately, we dig out the solution to the puzzledom that we should adjust the strategy and strengthen the strategic execution.During our research , we use several kinds of strategic management tools , including but not limited to PEST model,Five-force model,Profit model,Blue-ocean strategy layout,Balanced scorecard and so on.At first, we set about this research in order to find out more effective strategies to turn the puzzledom of"ETW"to a better situation. However, the outcome from the coherent and integrated process of our strategy analysis lights up millions of forwarders in china. Inside this research, there is the important production that exceeding our expectation. As a result, it makes our research more meaningful.
