American subprime crisis in2007evolves into a global financial crisis, which leads todescending of Credit ratings in developed countries’ capital market, subsequently thefalling in international capital flowing. As a result, domestic demands have declined insuch developed countries as America. At present, China’s economy is still low costexport-oriented one based on the economical setting of high saving investment rates.Theeconomic stagnation of developed countries will naturally bring down their demands ofChina commodity. And inhibition reaction will occur in China’s export trade.Along with the development of our country’s reform and open policy, InternationalAir Cargo Forwarder, which plays an important role in overseas trade, is popular amongprovinces in coastal regions. Currently, International Air Cargo Forwarder is difficult tosurvive facing sharply decreasing in export trade and increasingly fierce marketcompetition. Under such circumstance, retaining customers, gaining profits and expandingbusiness are their main task. Therefore, such effective management mode as yieldmanagement is employed to utilize enterprise resource so as to enhance the profits ofenterprise.Based on the current improved revenue situation, this article draws lessons from theapplication of Revenue Management Theory in Aviation industry and Hotel industry. Inorder to improve the revenue of enterprise, it also puts forward and analyses theDifferential Pricing and Optimization Space. At first, it introduces the RevenueManagement from the origin, meaning to content, characteristic in detail. Then itintroduces the International Air Cargo Forwarder and its operation range, business process.It concludes the current pricing model of the industry and points out the advantages anddisadvantages of the pricing model. Following this, it studies the application of RevenueManagement in International Air Cargo Forwarder industry. It is involved with two areas.One is the Differential Pricing of the product and Game Analysis on Customized Pricing,the other is the model of Optimization Space. Finally, in order to give some advice for theuse of Revenue Management in International Air Cargo Forwarder industry, it validates thepracticability of Customized Pricing and Optimization Space in practice.
