| This paper focuses on the study of profit models of animation companies in China. With Chinese economy booming and the level of Chinese cultural and material life improving fast, gigantic animation consumer market appears in China. The animation companies in China have got significant opportunities with many policies supporting animation industry presented by the Chinese government. But Chinese animation companies are now on the survival stage, faced with fierce and complicated environment of competition from the very beginning. How to build a profit model suitable to self is the core concerned by a lot of animation companies, at the same time is the key on how to improve competitiveness for Chinese animation industry.Based on a large number of relevant data, the paper discusses home and abroad animation competition markets, the degree of market-orientation, and profit models of different companies. Take the Changjiang animation company the author serves for example, analyzing environment of outside competition, advantages and disadvantages of inside competition, this paper brings forward choosing a scheme, action plan based on it and giving comments.The major methodologies of this paper include SWOT analysis, contrastive analysis, language and graphic tools. Author applies MBA course knowledge to management of enterprise he serves to achieve the purpose that theory combines with practice. This paper gives methods and cases of how animation companies build profit models, providing a reference for animation companies in the homeland. By studying the author understands, only analyzing the value chain of enterprises under the animation industry chain background, can we find the correct profit models.Correct profit model, which is the basic cause of gaining sustained profit and growth for animation companies, decides if an animation company can survive and develop.Therefore for the homeland animation companies, the most important thing is to choose and build a correct profit model. |
