This study focuses on the operating of Chinese animation industry, trying to find out the science mode of it. This thesis analyzes the widespread problems of animation in china and successful methods of animation abroad, using communication, psychology, brand marketing and other theories to research. First, review the history of the creation of our Chinese animation, analyze the reason of no longer brilliancy of our Chinese animation ,and the present conditions of it from the policies,the enterprises and the markets. Secondly, analyze the reason why people are not interested in our Chinese animation, and come up with some methods. Thirdly, analyze the severe problems which are the lack of famous animation brands in China and put forward to some advice on constructing animation brands. At last, analyze the faults of our Chinese animation industry in operation and point out its direction. Through working on this subject, it comes to conclusion that if making our country animation industry grow power in the world, it need the society to reach the consensus with working for our nation and our offspring, take innovation as the motive, take creativity as the foundation, take amusement as the root, take marketing as the leading, with the market need for target, find out the way of new creations, new productions and new marketing methods.
