| The aim of the thesis is to study the Conference and Exhibition (C&E) Architecture of environmental art design of indoor and outdoor environment both on theory and practice. Through reviewing the history of C&E architecture, researching and analyzing the developing conditions locally and abroad, with the trend of multi-disciplinary and multi-speciality integration in the field of art design, the author explores the theoretical framework of C&E, which is applied for the practice project. A new direction and position is provided to the future C&E architecture design both on theory and practice in this paper.At first, from the definition of C&E, based on the complexity and diversity of it, the research can be expended from two ways of "Meeting" and "Exhibition", respectively. Then, from the cognitive of indoor and outdoor environmental art design of C&E, the developing history, art conception, innovation, C&E economic and urban development are discussed in the thesis. After that, the "virtual exhibition" is emphasized as the trend of C&E development. Furthermore, the author apply the "System Theory" and "Integration" to the analysis and research of indoor and outdoor environmental art design of C&E. The research can be separated to the lateral and longitudinal aspects, respectively. Laterally, two contrasts of "Meeting" vs. "Exhibition" and "Internal" vs. "External" and their relationships are discussed; on the other hand, longitudinally, the art design aesthetics, ergonomics, acts of psychology, school colors, symbols, materials, lighting and furniture design, etc., which are involved by the indoor and outdoor environmental art design of C&E architecture are analyzed in the paper.At last, combining the theory analysis above, two practical projects of indoor and outdoor environmental art design of a C&E architecture of Ningbo and Wenzhou are proposed to demonstrate the results of the thesis. |
