Research On The Optimization Strategies For The Operation Mode Of Incubater Of Technology Enterprises In The High-tech Zone In Zhuzhou

The development of technology business incubator in Zhuzhou High-tech Zone has a history of more than 20 years,which plays a vital role in the industrial cultivation of Zhuzhou High-tech Zone.But the reality shows that there are some problems in the mode of investment,operation,service and profit of the incubator of technology enterprises in Zhuzhou High-tech Zone.Therefore,it is of great significance to deeply study the operation mode of technology business incubators in Zhuzhou High-tech Zone and put forward feasible optimization strategies.Firstly,on the basis of reviewing the current situation of research on the operation mode of S&T business incubators at home and abroad,this paper explains the economic theoretical basis of S&T business incubators,and summarizes and clarifies the concept,main functions,basic elements and general incubation process of S&T business incubators.It also defines the research scope of the operation mode of the incubator of technology enterprises,divides it into investment mode,management mode,service mode and profit mode,and expounds the above operation mode of the incubator of technology enterprises respectively.Secondly,through on-the-spot investigation and Research on the technology business incubator in Zhuzhou High-tech Zone,the paper summarizes the three generations of development process of the technology business incubator in Zhuzhou High-tech Zone,and points out the main problems existing in the operation mode of investment,management,service and profit of the technology business incubator in Zhuzhou High-tech Zone.Finally,in view of the practical problems existing in the incubator of technology enterprises in Zhuzhou High-tech Zone,this paper puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the operation mode of the incubator of technology enterprises in Zhuzhou High-tech Zone,that is,the key lies in forming a rational investment mode with multi-structure of the main body,improving the operation efficiency of the incubator from the source by utilizing the advantages of variousinstitutions,and forming a multi-subject participation and interaction operation mode,and collecting various types.Resources fundamentally enhance incubator service capabilities.The specific optimization strategies of investment mode and operation mode are given respectively.
