With the rapid development of the economy,the market competition is increasingly fierce,and the competition between enterprises is transformed from the original single product competition to the competition among the enterprise supply chains.Companies need a standard and effective supply chain process to respond to changing market demands,thereby enhancing their competitiveness.The JT Group is a construction company that needs to source large quantities of raw materials and face the same problems.As a node in the supply chain,each department outside the enterprise or within the enterprise has an important impact on the operation and efficiency of the supply chain.To improve the competitiveness of the entire supply chain,we must first optimize the supply chain within the company.This paper takes JT Group as the research object and combines SCOR model to study JT Group supply chain optimization.This paper first introduces the relevant theories of supply chain management and supply chain optimization,and then introduces the relevant theory and hierarchy of SCOR model.According to the five core processes of SCOR model:planning,procurement,production,distribution,and return,the JT Group's internal supply chain status is analyzed in detail,and the problems faced by JT Group's supply chain are analyzed according to relevant performance evaluation indicators.Guided by the hierarchical structure of the SCOR model,the top,configuration,and process layers of the JT Group's supply chain are optimized.Through the top-level construction of JT Group,the basic process and operation scope of the Group's internal supply chain are clarified;the configuration layer is optimized,and the JT Group's unified planning replaces the previous parts and plans independently,making full use of enterprise resources to meet the needs to the greatest extent.Improve resource utilization;optimization of the process layer focuses on process standardization and standardization.JT Group's supply chain processoptimization is a continuous cycle process,which can not be completed in a period of time.It needs to be based on the enterprise system,organization and technical support,and optimize from the core process of the supply chain,according to the market demand and the actual situation of the group.In time to make improvements,therefore,the article finally proposes improved supporting measures for the optimization of supply chain processes.
