The characters of disasters call for more efficient delivery of the emergency materiel, the materiel need to be delivered to the hazards area.So we need to keep doing the research on the organization of the Emergency Logistics System. On the base of studying a lot of academic articles, the thesis starts with the concept of the logistics and the logistics system,by analysis of the characters and the components of the system, after contrast between the emergency logistics system with the normal logistics system, find out the characters of the organization of the emergency logistics system in the earthquake hazards as the analysis object.First of all, according to the material demand and the level of demand for emergency the thesis analyzes by the gridding-based clustering algorithm in the presence of obstacles and then according to qualitative requirement, set up the supply center between the load-in centers and community center. As a multipoint-to- multipoint distribution of emergency supplying delivery organization use the delivery decision making mode to optimize each path of emergency supplies. At last,go on with research the distribution problem between load-in centers and the community center.Considering both the efficient of the organization of the logistics system and also the safe of the savers, get use of simulation analysis, verify the examples of distribution and supply of goods and materials for emergency and analyze the results. The results of the organization of the emergency logistics system in the earthquake hazards show that the emergency system will be much more efficiency under the points of the organization of the emergency logistics system in the thesis...
