Research On ERP Implementation And Continous Improvementation Based On Complex System Theory

Therefore, from the perspective of system science, enterprise is a system, of course, ERP is too. Therefore, ERP implementation can be seen as the enterprise management system and ERP system integration, and the continous improvement is the Synergy and evolution of enterprise management system and ERP system.Complex system theory applied to ERP implementation is a new area of research, and has a solid scientific foundation, there are important theoretical and practical significance.Management Integration is that with the guidance of Business Management Integration theory, to integrate various resources which can achive the business goals to form a features matching, the overall fuction of multipling or emerging, and highly coordinational organic one. And the purpose of enterprises to implement ERP is that using IT technology to solve a complex array of management issues which is confront by the enterprise, in order to form an organic unity which can achieve effective allocation of enterprise resources, and emerge the whole fuction.In this regard, this article introduces the theory of integration and management integration, on this basis, raises that ERP implement is the process of management integration, then analyzes ERP implement with four dimensions- Intermation Technology Integration, Business Process Integration, Organization Structure Integration and Knowledge Integration. It's a new perspective.The enterprises which use ERP has the core issue- how to get through the value.But the traditional practice and research is focus on ERP implement process, neglecting the continuous optimization.This article introduced the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of the continous improvement base on Synergetic; and pointed out that the quantitative analysis of order parameter, the data difficult to obtain.Based on this, it applicated the EAIU model, and designed the survey which was based on the EAIU model, with the help of available literature. The survey provides accurate indicators for assessing the effectiveness of ERP, so that The article is more convincing. And then, it put forward for the continous improvement of ERP benefits realization approach, and finally, analyze the survey data for empirical research.
