Oilfield Services Industries is a very important part of our Services Industries,it is very important to our Services industries so to our National Economy.Due to the on-going Economic Crisis,the Oil price declined so much,the E&P companies terminate and postpone all the new investment projects.This result the Oilfield Services industries in recession.Oilfield Industries in a very special development period,as a Chinese economist says "the Supply Chain Management is the key to this crisis".Supply Chain Collaboration is a new management mode,it generates from the Distributed Management and Integrated Management of Supply Chain.SCC base on Trust Mechanism,all the points of the Supply Chain work collaboratively,to reach the win-win situation.The key points of the SCC are the internal SCC and the external SCC with vendors and customers.This paper is mainly discussed the M&A Reorganization, BPR,and supply chain partnership with vendors and customers under the SCC management mode in Oilfield Services industries.This paper comparing the application of SCC in national and international Oilfield Services Enterprises,both of the national and international leading companies expend quickly through SCC M&A Reorganization,strength its internal management than before,establishment partnership with vendors and core customers,so to ensure the Supply chain work smoothly.China Oilfield Services industries are still a new Emerging industry,the paper points out the SCC solution for the development of this industries.The capability of integrating both internal and external resources base SCC is very important to the Oilfield Services Enterprises.The Supply Chain Collaboration can change the crisis into the opportunity for the collaborative partners.
