Research On The Adaptability Evaluation Of City Comprehensive Transportation System To Economy

Transportation is the basis of economy development;the development of transportation is related to the pace of city economy development and the quality of people's life.Today,our nation is in the period of accelerating city construction,the level of urbanization and city economy is becoming higher,the demand for transportation is increasing.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to deeply investigate the adaptability relation of city comprehensive transportation system to city economy.Using the theoretical research,mathematical model and empirical analysis,this paper makes a deep investigation to the adaptability relation of city comprehensive transportation system to city economy.This paper reveals the interaction mechanism of city comprehensive transportation system and city economy from the concept and function of city comprehensive transportation system.This paper defines the connotation of economy adaptability from three aspects of the coordinated development, supply-demand balance and resources allocation efficient,and elaborates the adapt mechanism.From three aspects of economy adaptability,the evaluation index system of the coordinated development,supply-demand balance and resources allocation efficient, the evaluation model are established which take out the index of coordinated development,supply-demand balance and resources allocation efficient,using multi-index comprehensive evaluation,DEA and other methods,these can fully reflect the adaptability of city comprehensive transportation system to economy.Taking 19 above sub-provincial city as examples,based on the data of 2007,the index and rank of adaptability of every city is taken out by empirical analysis,and from the three aspects of the connotation to enhance the degree of adaptation.In short,the part of theoretical study of this paper answered "what is adaptation", "how to adapt",and "how to evaluate the adaptation",it can offer a scientific theory and evaluation of reference to achieve the adaptation of city comprehensive transportation system to economy.The part of empirical analysis put forward the recommendation to improve adaptability through the horizontal comparison of 19 cities.
