Opportunities For Civaro Network In The International Trade Between China And Africa (Western And Eastern)

Trade between China and African countries has dramatically increased in recent years, at an unprecedented rate.At the same time,freight forwarding companies are growing in order to participate actively in this trade boom between China and Africa.This paper is mainly focused on my internship I was undergoing in Sri Lanka during my academic year of my MBA.The studies conducted was about to examine the opportunities for Civaro network in the international trade between China and Africa (Western and Eastern),and also examines among these 3 Asian countries(China,India and Dubai) which of them is more profitable for Civaro to settle an agency in order to get closer to their African customers and satisfy their needs.Currently present in Asia,America,and Europe Civaro intends to extend its network to Africa.Civaro International Limited is a freight forwarding company who is under the transportation arm of Hayleys Advantis Limited,one of the biggest companies in Sri Lanka.Thus,our work will consist to know what the opportunities are for Civaro in the trade between Asia(China & India) and Africa,and where to settle an agency in order to identifying the needs of customers in Key markets and offering logistics solutions that go beyond satisfaction and to develop trusting('win-win') relationships with our partners which is one of the main mission of Civaro International Limited...
