The Effect Mechanism And Case Research On How Knowledge Capital Makes Effect On Enterprise Development

Today,the most important capital is no longer the substance capital,but the knowledge capital. The knowledge capital has become the sill of a company's core ability and the mine of value creation.The one who owns knowledge capital that will owns the wealth and future.Therefore,having research and administration on the company's knowledge capital has become an inevitable choice.This article gives a systems research on the company's knowledge capital administration and performance evaluation under the guidance of corporation's administration theory.Firstly, the article gives combing and evaluation on the research actuality of the knowledge capital theory of overseas & inland, and then have explanation and analysis on the concept of knowledge capital which builds bases for the research afterwards. Secondly,this article has material research on corporation's knowledge capital administration from three aspects,including knowledge capital's administration system,evaluation and performance. The research on corporation's knowledge capital administration mechanism spreads from two aspects of structure administration and expansion mechanism. It has evaluation and research on company's knowledge capital by building the evaluating guildline system and model. At the aspect of research on knowledge capital performance administration, this article analyzes the influence between company's knowledge capital structure and performance with models and comes out of the conclusion ,above which it comes up with the material counter measures of performance administration.Lastly,this article have a demonstration research on company's knowledge capital administration and performance evaluation by setting Chery Auto Corporation as an example and validate whether the article's theory and research method is rational.
