Financial Evaluating Indictor System Of Agricultural Investment Project Research

In the process of our agricultural modernization,increasing investment in agriculture is the key measure.Successful in agriculture investment project is in relationship with a rational resource allocation in this industry chain,and affect the agriculture development in our country.In a serious shortage of fiscal fund for assisting agriculture at present,whether government,creditors or investors,to ensure better efficiency and cost effectiveness in the application of agricultural input is particularly important.To achieve this,assessment job must be done well before the project have started,in which the evaluation of financial is a core element.This paper provides an overview of evaluation of returns on agricultural investment, analyzes the index systems of financial analysis of agricultural investment project,and considers that the old index system is lack of non-traditional elements reflecting agriculture characteristics.Such as risk analysis being independent to financial index system,without environmental indices or indications,deficient in relevant interest of the subject as farmer investment players,etc.Firstly,on this basis,it makes adjustment according to the requirements on patterns of index system which takes a supplement to financial evaluation with enterprise and farmer investment players,abundance of the index system structure.Then, introduce environmental impact assessment and risk evaluation into investment project system,which is used in the quantification of environmental impact and risk evaluation and systematizes financial cost-benefit analysis.Thirdly,analyze and treat by AHP,to assign a value to financial index in layer.The comprehensive project financial values have been evaluated which it is relatively visual representative to determine their financial conditions. Fourthly,in the case of using the improved financial evaluation index system,refer to comprehensive assessment structure and method in enterprise evaluation.At the end,many opinions and suggestions has been raised to the improved financial evaluating indicator system.
