| Since reform and opening up,investment promotion has become an important job to promote the development of regional economy,it has played an important role in promoting regional economic transformation and upgrading and cultivating new power sources of growth.Yuexiu District as the central city of Guangzhou,due to the shortage of regional land resources,the crowded city space,the reach saturation of population density,and the continuous progress of ecological civilization construction in recent years,the investment promotion work of central city already arrived a new stage,How to choose a high-quality project with less space resources,high economic and social benefits and strong ability of industrial driving has become an important issue to be solved urgently by the central city government.Therefore,establishing a set of scientific and effective standard system of investment project evaluation is an important part of doing a good job in investment promotion for central city.This study takes Yuexiu District Guangzhou as a case,builds a set of standard system of investment project evaluation,expecting to provide a reference standard for the project of investment promotion in central city.This paper firstly expounds the research background and significance,and then defines the concepts of investment promotion,project evaluation and index system.On the basis of referring to the existing literature,this paper summarizes and sorts out the status,evaluation work and methods of the evaluation standard system of relevant investment projects.Secondly,basis on the field research of investment promotion in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou city,as well as consulting the related investment project data of previous years,analyses the problems of investment promotion work in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou.Combined with the characteristics of insufficient regional development space and modern service industry,Select out the access standards of investment promotion project evaluation standard system.Through questionnaires and score the leaders of the investment promotion department,front-line staff,the project leader,the building party of approving projects and the experts and scholars in the related industry of investment promotion,confirms the indexes of the evaluation standard system,by using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to empower the indicators,then the standard system of project evaluation is constructed,and a set of evaluation table is designed out.Thirdly,to test the scientific rationality of the evaluation standard system,apply it to marketing headquarters project of longrich and other practical cases,evaluate the case situations and analyze the results.Finally,according to the present situation and problems of investment promotion project evaluation in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou city,propose several specific measures for the evaluation of investment projects. |
