The Study On The Outsourcing Level And Influencing Factors

With the globalization of economy, the trend of specialization and the progressive development of information technology, enterprises increasingly begin to focus on the development of core capability and to stress on the corporation with other enterprises. The outsourcing as a sort of advanced management tool which can help the enterprises to make the most use of limited resource, reduce the cost and exalt enterprises' core capability, develops quickly in the world. And it gets more and more attention both in theory and practice.In the past procedure of the outsourcing, enterprises paid much emphasis on interior vertical research which was lack of horizontal comparison and analyses in larger scope. In this situation, enterprises can hardly define the developmental level of their own or make the relevant and effective policy of the outsourcing, and they can not guarantee the effect of its implement. In order to help enterprises recognize their self-status and conduct their further behaviors, this article will make the formulation and research on the level of the outsourcing in two dimensions - the phase and the extent.The level of equipment manufacturing's modernization and development has a direct relation to the level, quality and speed of development of national economy. The equipment manufacturing in northeast region has vivid characteristics of Era and region. Proceeding empirical research on this sample has definite operational significance, and makes sure the result is reliable and representative.Through the result of literature research and investigation on enterprises, and with the theory of division of labor, value chain, business resources, transaction cost and core ability etc, this article takes a profound anatomy of the level and influencing factors of business outsourcing. Through the analytical study, the article concludes that the level of Chinese business outsourcing is still very low, and analyzes the differences between foreign and domestic enterprises in this issue. Through a correlation analysis of the influencing factors, this article concludes that the dedication of enterprises' assets is negative correlation with the outsourcing level; the size of enterprises, occupancy of product markets and the goodwill of the outsourcing merchants are prominently positive correlation with the outsourcing level; the development of the outsourcing level and enterprises' competitive power have certain relativity with the outsourcing level; the enterprises' performance, strategy and innovativeability have no relativity with the outsourcing level. Based on these results of research, the model of influencing factors can be constructed. Finally, the article draws a conclusion and makes further prospects about the research direction in the future.
