Research On Eco-Efficiency Assessment Of Enterprises Based On Two-oriented Society

With the rapid development of economy and society, Human beings are enjoying good physical conditions, but at the same time, are facing with increasingly serious resources and environmental issues. Now, more and more countries have recognized the harsh reality that the shortage of resources and the environmental degradation. So resources and environmental issues are becoming to be the focus of the whole society. Our government attaches great importance to the resources and environmental problems, puts the resource conservation and environmental protection to the important strategic position, develops and improves policy measures continuously to save resources and protect the ecological environment, saves energy and reduces pollution vigorously, implements resource-saving and environment-friendly society building.Enterprises as the core participants in social and economic activities, its production and development influences the resources and environmental deeply, and plays an important role in the resource-saving and environment-friendly society building, commitments an inescapable social responsibility during its own development process. Every enterprise should save energy and reduce pollution positively, commit its responsibility to protect the ecological environment, make contributions to realize the sustainable development of economy and society. This paper established the evaluation model of enterprises'eco-efficiency by using DEA. Provided a reference model and a way to measure the level of enterprises'eco-efficiency. Chongqing as the biggest metropolitan area in China's western region, has important strategic position and great development potential.This paper used Chongqing's scale industrial enterprises as its researching object, by using the evaluation model of enterprises'eco-efficiency to confirm and analysis, at last maked recommendations for the analysis accordingly.Enterprises'ecological transformation is just the right way to realizes enterprises'sustainable development. This paper is based on the research of the resource-saving and environment-friendly society building, discusseed enterprises'ecological transformation deeply, described the rules and the ways can be accepted for realizing enterprises'ecological transformation.
