China is a country of scarce land resources,human and very conspicuous contradictions.How the rational allocation and utilization of land resources and improve the efficiency of the use of land resources,is facing the urgent task.In a market economy,land resources as factors of production through the market mechanism should be configured to play the market in the allocation of land resources,the basic role of the so that the limited land resources should be the economic benefits of play.
