Research Of Rural Land Circulation

The issue of agriculture is a fundamental issue concerning the modernization of China,land is the most basic problem of agriculture,countryside and farmers.Based on the rural land circulation of Laiwu,the passage carried out the investigation.Through the survey,we found that some countryside which develops rapidly,rural land circulation is in large scale.While some rural area did not implement or in small scale.In order to solve this situation,the paper is intended to analyze the land circulation,find the restricting factors of rural land circulation,mining the farmer's psychological motivation.Under the precondition of respecting the will of the farmers,the paper aims at finding out the measure to speed up the pace of farmland circulation.Under the new situation,decentralized and small-scale land system has been unable to adapt to the modernization and globalization of agricultural development.Rural land circulation is imperative.Based on analysis of the basic theory of rural land circulation,we have a preliminary understanding of land circulation concept,form and development stage.The analysis of rural land circulation problems is based on the land rent theory,institutional change theory and farmers rational hypothesis.Through the investigation and research of Niu Quan,laiwu city in Shandong province,we collect data and analysis present situation and farmers' land circulation will,and understand the basic situation,compare with other typical regions in Laiwu city,we summarizes the differences and similarities.On the basis of survey data,this paper analyzes factors of' restricting the desire of peasant,from rural reality economic conditions,land ownership,dual economy system and the dimension of ideology and traditional ideas,the paper analyzes deep reasons of the land circulation.For the above reasons,the paper puts forward the concrete measures on the basis of respecting the will of the farmers circulation.It includes guiding farmers,standardize circulation system reform and the dual system to promote the healthy and orderly flow of rural land.
