The Research On Strategic Inner-Performance Evaluation System Of Provincial Grid Company

After the first phase of electric reform is completed, the grid corporation is still a central enterprise belonged to the state monopoly management. In such circumstances, the inner rule and influential factors of the performance form should be analyzed systematically, and a set of performance evaluation system which is easy-to-use and suitable for the properties of the grid enterprise should be established. And it will play an important role in the course of enhancing management efficiency, controlling the consuming in the process of purchase and sale of electricity, and urging the grid corporation to undertake the social responsibility.On the basis of strategic performance evaluation system model supported by a series of strategic management theories, macroscopically environment, trade environment and internal factors of Grid Corporation are researched, and the course and influence factors of inner performance form are analyzed, so the performance evaluation will be incorporated into the whole process of strategic management in the provincial grid enterprise. At the same time, based on the characteristics of the performance evaluation in grid enterprise, the steps to establish inner strategic performance evaluation is established, and the method and steps to ascertain the performance evaluation system consisting of index, criterion, weights and the method of calculation are put forward. Finally, combined with the actual situation of a grid enterprise, using the method proposed in this paper, the performance of the grid enterprise is analyzed and evaluated. So it will realize the strategic aim of the grid company, and provide effectual means and theory basis for improving the whole managing level of the provincial grid company and its subsidiary company.
