With the rapid development of tourism and the increasingly fierce competition of urban tourism, urban tourism image projects is becoming one of the important contents of urban planning and construction. Implementation of urban tourism image strategy have realistic meanings on urban tourism image positioning and designing. It has already become a hot question that travel industry has paid close attention to.This paper structures the design mode of the city tour image according to their own understanding, combined with the reality of Qinhuangdao City: tourism image Analysis - image positioning and slogans - the image of elements of the design - image - image to maintain and update. In this paper, the image of domestic and foreign travel-related review of research data are studied and the domestic expert like designing the mode (TDIs ) are drawn lessons from. This paper is taken to enhance the city tourism image of Qinhuangdao and enhance the competitiveness of tourism in Qinhuangdao.
