This paper discusses Sanya, Hainan province from the perspective of experience consumption to urban tourism image design.By exploring the relationship between th em, a conclusion has been drawn that problems exists in the current urban tourism im age design of Sanya. Then upon the study of domestic and foreign city excellent imag e design, the basic model of Sanya city tourism image design is established, trying to provide reference for the current cities tourism image design.In this paper, I think there is a close relationship between consumer experience and the city tourism image design.At present,there is not enough attention to the utteranc e of city personality and city concept in urban tourism image design.And in the proce ss of design,little attention has been paid to the consumer's experience, communicati on with consumers is also lacked.The current city image design in Sanya makes light of the consumer experience,which causes the image design lacks of competitiveness a mong many other city images.Therefore, in this paper,I will start with the consumer e xperience,and analyze intersection and relation between the experience consumption and city tourism image design. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages in the development of Sanya city tourism image, to find out problems that exist in the sanya city image design. Then, by learning from the domestic and foreign outstanding case of city image design, to establish the basic model of Sanya city tourism image design and to verify the mode by practice design.
