Research On Contract Management And Claim Mechanism Of Railway Construction Project

In the light of railway engineering management characteristics and current situation in China, together with actual construction cases, this article analyses the main contract management problems in the construction of domestic railway project, such as fault running system, nonstandard market operation and inefficient execution, meanwhile put forward the corresponding solution measures to perfect and standardize contract management of railway construction project.Claim is the one of the important items of construction contract management. To improve contract management level, reduce cost, increase benefit, transfer risk and avoid or reduce loss, this article in light of four practical cases analyses the current claim situation, problems and give its own improving measures.
