Study On Schedule Control Of Fengquan 500kV Substation Power System Innovation Project

Project schedule control has been a focusing issue in project management. It is crucial to the success of a project and the timely significance. Schedule control theory forms a very important part in schedule control, and study on schedule control theory provides theoretical reference for enterprises in controlling project schedule effectively, and project cost and quality control is realized through project schedule control. In project management practice, schedule control theory has been widely applied and has played an important role.This paper analyzes the status of schedule control study and it explains the gaps between domestic and foreign project schedule management. With study on project schedule control theory, the paper made introduction to schedule control theory, its application method and is function in project management. The existing major problems in current power net construction schedule management and its solutions are stated in the paper. In case study of Fengquan 500kV substation renovation project, with application of modern project management, such as WBS, precedence diagramming method, etc., the project schedule is optimized, and specific solution and suggestion to the problems occurred in project schedule control is put forward, and it is of reference use to other projects.
