With the rapid development of internet in China and the emergence of e-commerce, anew e-commerce method, Customer to Customer E-commerce (C2C), is also quietly rising inChina, showing the growing scale. It offers customers with convenient and efficient service.However, the credit crisis, resulted from virtual and open network and the uncertainty of theparticipants'credit, is gradually becoming one of the bottlenecks hindering the developmentof e-commerce.By reading the documents abroad and in China, actual investigating, adopting the way ofcombining theory with practice and system analysis method, this paper considers that all ofthese as followings are reasons why"credit crisis"appears in the C2C e-commerce of ourcountry: lacking of reasonable and effective credit system as pledge; there is obviouslyinsufficiency and hidden danger in the constituent elements of credit system——web securitysystem, third-party agencies, legal environment and so on; unreasonable relationship betweenmany elements. Therefore, building the reasonable and effective credit system of C2Ce-commerce in our country will have a apparent role in promoting the healthy development ofC2C e-commerce in our country.The research ideas and conclusions of this paper are positively analyzing the mainfactors constituting the C2C e-commerce in our country and theoretically exploring theapplication of the system at the platform level. This paper is based on the trust model ofcomprehensive category, combines with realities of C2C e-commerce in our country, sets upthe target system for building credit system, constructs the model of C2C e-commerce in ourcountry, and introduces the AHP into empirical research to provide the studying conclusionwith supporting theory and data. Eventually, this paper makes a lot of recommendations topromote the development of C2C e-commerce in our country. The results of research in thispaper, to improve the credit level and the development of C2C e-commerce transactions inour country, will have some reference value.
